Teaser Video for the 1st LGU Day Celebration
If Lal-lo were a home, it would indeed be "clean and envied," so to speak.
The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) conferred Lal-lo the Bronze Seal of Good Housekeeping (SGH), which acknowledges the municipality's excellent governance in terms of good planning, sound fiscal management, transparency and accountability, and valuing of performance monitoring.
January 3 of every year, at least for the last 33 years of my life, has always been a red-letter day, a very special day for me. I consider that day always as a part of the Christmas Season, a season of love, caring and giving, because it is the day of birth of a very special man in my life and in the lives of our children. This year our “Papa Teng” turned 55!
His day started with a celebration of the Holy Mass officiated by Rev. Fr. Noel Malana, held at the Bagumbayan Central School, attended not only by the Senior Citizens and our family, but by the people who remembered his special day and by those who wished to celebrate the day with him. It is indeed overwhelming to see so many people who came to greet him. The celebrant could not contain his happiness and such is evident as he greets the people in return with warm handshakes, giggles and sweet smiles.
In accordance with its aim to constantly innovate the Lalloqueños way of life, the LGU Lal-lo thru the initiative of Mayor Florante Pascual and Board Member Maria Olivia Pascual, launches the new website as the face of the municipality in Cyberspace.
