SPMS is a mechanism developed to monitor, evaluate and ultimately, improve the performance of the employees and the organization as a whole.
The re-orientation was directed to the end goal of educating the employees of how to properly deal with the Office and Individual Performance and Commitment Review (OPCR/IPCR).
Mr. Rowland Bolando provided entertainment in between the lectures with his lovely rendition of the hits “Rude” by Magic! and “All Of Me” by John Legend.
The different departments of the LGU presented their OPCRs during the afternoon session of the undertaking.#
