“From seven years ago when I was assigned in LGU Lal-lo and had the opportunity to work side by side with Mayor Teng, I already had my vision for his three (3) term seat. First was on disaster preparedness, we had WE CARE PROGRAM which is now a very remarkable program of the LGU. Second was to be conferred with a SEAL OF GOOD HOUSEKEEPING and which we were able to achieve yearly and now the highest of all awards, the SEAL OF GOOD LOCAL GOVERNANCE. My third dream, which is on its way, is on tourism development. I am proud to have a very able, committed and supportive LGU functionaries and staff, NGO’s, most of all, a very dedicated leaders, the PASCUAL FAMILY, from the son to the wife to the Local Chief Executive. Lal-loqueños are very lucky which makes me envious somehow but then I claim to be an adopted Lal-loqueña. Congratulations to all the efforts of everyone, very long to mention but it goes to all. Kudos!” –Bernadette O. Ferry, MLGOO.
